We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and their parents through the admissions process. The role involves counselling, relationship building, and driving enrollments by providing accurate information and support at every stage
Key Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions with students and parents.
Provide guidance on country selection, universities, courses, and eligibility criteria.
Build and maintain strong relationships to convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Meet and exceed monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, or a related field (minimum 1 year in the same organization preferred).
Prior knowledge of Study Abroad processes is an advantage; training will be provided.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Proven ability to achieve counselling and enrollment targets.
Experience in NEET/JEE/IIT Foundation counselling, admissions, or EdTech sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
