Job Summary

The Electric Vehicle (EV) Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling electric vehicles, understanding customer needs, explaining EV technology and features, arranging test drives, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain EV features, technology, battery performance, charging options, range, and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, exchange,



and registration processes.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on competitor products, EV market trends, and government incentives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in automobile sales (EV experience preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Required Skills:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and battery technology.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Valid driving licence with
