Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant pharmaceutical tenders on the GeM portal.
- Prepare and submit bids within the specified deadlines.
- Upload and maintain tender-related documents on the GeM portal.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect pricing, product details, and required documents.
- Track bid status, purchase orders, and tender updates.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and related documentation.
- Ensure all submissions comply with GeM guidelines and tender requirements.
- Communicate with buyers whenever required regarding tender-related queries.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in GeM tender handling (Freshers with basic GeM knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of the GeM portal and government procurement process.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare tenders.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
