Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects
- Provide excellent hand-holding during sales calls
- Convert prospects into qualified leads and closures
- Handle objections confidently using strong negotiation skills
- Maintain accurate call and lead records
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to convert calls into leads/sales
- Experience in US Tele Sales / International Calling preferred
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work in night shifts
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in US Tele Sales / International Sales / BPO Sales
