Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics and Chemistry to Classes 11 and 12 as per the CBSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare well-structured lesson plans, notes, and teaching materials.
- Conduct regular class tests, assignments, and practical sessions in the laboratory.
- Explain concepts clearly using real-life examples, diagrams, and modern teaching aids.
- Guide and motivate students for board examinations and competitive exams (JEE/NEET).
- Maintain student performance records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic discussions, and school events.
- Ensure laboratory safety and proper handling of equipment during practical classes.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus changes and exam patterns.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics or Chemistry (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. preferred (mandatory as per school norms).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Classes 11 and 12 (freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
- Ability to handle both theory and practical classes effectively.
- Patient, student-friendly, and disciplined approach towards teaching.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing students for JEE/NEET.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
- Willingness to take extra classes or doubt-clearing sessions when required.
