Job description:
- 1. Talent Acquisition
- Source and screen profiles through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Workday, Leave portal etc.

2. Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
- Facilitate employee induction and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, seating, and ID creation.
- Update new hires in Workday and ensure accurate employee data entry.

3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems including Workday.




- Manage employee lifecycle transactions (job changes, transfers, exits) in Workday.
- Handle weekly/monthly HR MIS reports and Excel trackers (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Support payroll inputs and maintain HR documentation.
- Assist employees with queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, etc.

4. Leave & Attendance Management
- Ensure accurate tracking and timely updates of leave balances.
- Address employee queries related to leave policies and approvals.
- Coordinate with managers for leave escalations when required.

5. Background Verification
- Coordinate with external vendors for pre-employment background checks.
- Review and track progress of BGV reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis).
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS and Leave Management
