Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer interactions.
- Build and nurture online communities around Cuatro Labs brands.
- Manage brand reputation and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
- Foster audience engagement through creative campaigns and interactive content.

Campaign Management




- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with performance marketing teams for paid social campaigns.
- Support influencer marketing and brand collaboration activities.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on results.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and conversions.
