Job Summary
Key Responsibilities (JD)Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Manage offer release, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Performance Management
- Coordinate monthly employee performance evaluation processes.
- Track department-wise KRAs and KPI achievements.
- Prepare monthly performance scorecards and dashboards.
- Support probation review and employee confirmation processes.
- Identify training needs based on performance assessments.
- Maintain appraisal and performance records.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Draft HR letters, confirmations, and employee communications.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in policy implementation and HR compliance.
Administration
- Manage office administration, housekeeping, security, and facility coordination.
- Monitor office assets, stationery, and inventory.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of administrative services.
HR MIS & Reporting
- Maintain manpower dashboard and organization chart.
- Generate monthly HR reports and analytics.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
- Maintain training matrix and employee skill database.
