Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of Eligibility & Benefits Verification (VOB) experience in a healthcare or medical billing setting.
- Strong understanding of commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and PPO/HMO plans.
- Experience verifying insurance benefits through payer portals and outbound calls.
- Knowledge of deductibles, copays, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximums, and authorization processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
