Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Provide accurate information about healthcare services
Maintain patient records and follow up professionally
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi language preferred)
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Customer service or telecalling experience is an advantage (Freshers with good communication are welcome to apply)
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
