Job Summary:
- To drive a specific work area within a function / business and enable achievement of objectives through the team

Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Lead audit planning and execution using advanced audit methodologies and tools, ensuring thorough risk assessment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- 2. Oversee financial consolidation processes with expert proficiency in consolidation platforms (such as SAP BPC or Oracle Hyperion), guaranteeing accurate reporting and timely closure of accounts.
- 4. Develop and implement audit strategies utilizing analytics tools (ACL, IDEA), enhancing detection of anomalies and improving process efficiency.
- 5. Manage and mentor team members in audit and consolidation activities, fostering skill development and high-performance standards.
- 7. Drive process improvements in audit and consolidation using data automation solutions, optimizing accuracy and operational effectiveness.
- 8. Collaborate within the finance team to align audit and consolidation objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring best practices are adopted.
