Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Support hedge fund operations, including trade reconciliation, performance monitoring, and investment reporting.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to track trading performance, portfolio metrics, and investment returns.
- Work with investment and trading data to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and documentation standards.
Administration
- Maintain organized physical and digital records.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred), Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Up to 1 year of experience in finance or accounting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.:
- Solid academic record with consistently high grades in school and college, particularly in Mathematics.
- Strong spoken and written English, along with strong analytical and numerical skills.:
- NISM certification in Securities and Derivatives is an added advantage.:
