Eduiku is a fast-growing EdTech and study abroad platform dedicated to helping students achieve their international education goals. We provide end-to-end support, including university selection, admissions guidance, SOP and resume assistance, visa counseling, and post-admission services.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and Europe.
- Manage the complete admission lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and counselors.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, seminars, webinars, and student events.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and institutional partners.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, university requirements, and market trends.




- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve admission targets.
- Prepare reports on admissions, conversions, and team performance.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and student relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of international admissions and visa procedures.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM and student management systems.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in study abroad counseling or overseas education consultancy.
- Experience managing teams and achieving admission targets.
- Solid knowledge of universities, scholarships, and visa processes.
