The Role

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the bridge between a student’s current potential and their future career. We are looking for a driven professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who possesses high energy, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in student advising, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
In this role, you will leverage your experience to provide specialised guidance for students pursuing rigorous paths like Research,



Internships, USMLE, and International Cambridge certifications. You must be an enthusiastic, empathetic communicator who can simplify complex educational pathways and motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

~Effective Communication & Consulting:
Listening: Actively listen to students and parents to understand their career anxieties, academic gaps, and goals.
Speaking: Conduct high-impact, confident, and consultative counselling sessions in both English and Hindi.
