Employment Type: Full-Time (On Balaji Infrastructure Payroll)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily plant administration and office operations.
- Support HR activities including onboarding, joining formalities, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Maintain manpower data, attendance, overtime, and daily MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Suzlon representatives, Site Manager, HR, Payroll, and Accounts teams.
- Handle employee documentation, statutory records, ID cards, PPE issuance, and compliance-related records.
- Maintain office assets, stationery, accommodation, transport, and housekeeping coordination.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and smooth administrative support for plant operations.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent).




- 1-3 years of experience in Plant Administration, HR, Site Administration, or Office Administration.
- Freshers with excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a plant setting.

- English and Hindi - Mandatory
- Marathi - Preferred
