Facilities Executive - Technical
Integrated Facilities Management - Work Dynamics (APAC, India)
What this job involves:
Overcoming challenges and executing flawless technical activities
You’ll oversee the repair and maintenance of Engineering Systems and Equipment, as well as undertake routine inspection, inventory, and documentation of these systems.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation is a responsibility that requires leadership skills. You’ll demonstrate this by overseeing our electricians/ technicians and their scope of work.
Delivering complete and accurate facility management reports is another requirement that you must meet consistently. You will assist in hitting financial targets and other goals set by the senior facilities manager, achieving key performance indicators, and meeting service level agreements.
Aside from our internal teams, you’ll also be the main point of contact for our vendors for all maintenance services.
You’ll monitor our maintenance activities and produce daily and weekly summary reports on these activities. You’ll also make sure that our logbooks, checklists, and schedules are upkeep and current. From time to time, you’re expected to arrange ad-hoc M&E; set ups based on the client requirements.
Mastery in the field
You should have earned a diploma or degree in engineering, ideally, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Having three to seven years of experience in facilities management will also prove indispensable. We’ll also expect you to work as a part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise.
