Job Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintenance of toys and related products
- Diagnose and resolve product issues
- Visit customer locations as required
- Ensure same-day issue resolution whenever possible
- Maintain service records and reports
- Provide excellent customer support
Eligibility:
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic repairs
- Valuable troubleshooting skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Valid Driving License required
- Willing to travel within the assigned area
