Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability and order status.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, dispatches and deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, orders, complaints and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding delays, changes or other order-related matters.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders wherever possible.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to the management.
- Support the sales team in customer coordination and after-sales service.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.:
- Hindi/Bengali communication skills will be an advantage.
- Pleasant, polite and professional personality.
- Customer-oriented approach with patience and a positive attitude.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
- Prior experience in customer care, telecalling, sales coordination or order management will be preferred.
