Key Responsibilities:
Territory Coverage: Effectively cover and manage the markets of Rajkot, Morbi, and Surendranagar districts.

Daily Field Visits: Conduct a minimum of 20 daily visits, split as:
15 to 16 visits: Follow-ups and order collection from existing retailers/distributors.

4 to 5 visits: Cold-calling and prospecting to onboard brand-new retail counters.

Market Timings: Dedicated on-field market presence from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM is mandatory.

ERP Mobile App Reporting:
- Real-time (live) logging of orders, customer visits, and payment collections on the app.

Sales Targets: Achieve the starting monthly sales target of ₹5,00,000 (applicable for the first 3 months). Target revision of 10% to 15% will occur on a quarterly basis.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in industrial supplies, V-Belts, hardware, tools, or automotive spare parts sales is highly preferred.

Geographical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the industrial and retail hardware markets of Rajkot, Morbi, and Surendranagar.

Grooming & Professionalism:



Strict adherence to the company's formal dress code (Sky Blue shirt, Cream trousers, Black formal shoes, and Black belt) and maintaining a clean-shaven look.

Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Salary & Compensation Perks:
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 (Based on experience, capability, and market knowledge).

*Fixed TA/DA Allowances:*
- *Local Area (Rajkot):* ₹7,000 per month.
- *Outstation Tour (Morbi / Surendranagar):* ₹10,000 per month.

*Performance Incentives:*
- *85% to 100% Target Achievement:* 0.5% incentive on the month's total sales.
- *Over 100% Target Achievement:* An attractive 1.5% incentive bonus on the sales volume achieved above the target.
- New Counter Opening Bonus (Graded Slab):* Get one-time bonuses for onboarding active new dealers/retailers based on their first billing amount:
- *₹10,000 to ₹19,999 order:* ₹300 bonus.
- *₹20,000 to ₹49,999 order
