Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Physics lessons for Classes VIII-XII focusing on both CBSE syllabus and IIT/NEET foundation concepts.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assignments aligned with competitive exam standards.
- Conduct regular tests, analyze student performance, and provide individual mentoring.
- Integrate inquiry-based and experiential teaching methodologies.
- Participate in training programs, academic reviews, and inter-school competitions.
- Maintain discipline, student motivation, and academic integrity in the classroom.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Physics or related discipline with B.Ed. (preferred).
- Experience: 3-7 years of teaching Physics for CBSE / IIT-JEE / NEET Foundation programs.
- Strong problem-solving ability and conceptual clarity.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
