Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, or software-related issues.
- Repair or replace faulty components and verify system performance.
- Conduct equipment inspections and health checks.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, sales, and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Respond to emergency service calls and minimize equipment downtime.
