About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations.
- Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.
- Manage production planning, line balancing, capacity planning, and shift operations.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee quality systems including First Pass Yield (FPY), CAPA, IPQC, and defect reduction.
- Lead and develop a manufacturing workforce of 150-200 employees.
- Manage production supervisors, shift in-charges, technicians, and operators.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and HR teams.
- Lead manufacturing readiness for recent product introductions (NPI).
- Oversee inventory, stores, material movement, and FIFO compliance.
- Ensure workplace safety, statutory compliance, and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS and performance reports.
- Drive productivity, cost optimization, and manufacturing excellence.

Eligibility

Education
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (mandatory)
- M.Tech or MBA in Operations/Manufacturing (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt (preferred)

Experience
- 10-15 years in electronics or hardware manufacturing.
- Minimum 4-5 years in a Plant Head or Production Head leadership role.
- Experience managing manufacturing teams of 100+ employees.
- Hands-on experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing operations.
