What you’ll be doing
- Drive the design, configuration and delivery of complex workflow and automation solutions for global customers.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.
- Establish technical standards and review solution designs to ensure consistency and finest practice.
- Drive quality through robust testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and continuous process improvement.
- Mentor and coach Technical Implementation Specialists while assisting onboarding and capability development.
- Act as the technical escalation point, resolving composite implementation challenges across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools, processes and customer outcomes.
- Build reusable documentation, playbooks and knowledge resources that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
