Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM.
- Create forms, reports, dashboards and workflows.
- Understand requirements from HR, Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, Purchase and other departments.
- Work with APIs and basic software integrations.
- Provide basic support and training to employees.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Zoho Creator.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM.
- Basic understanding of API and software integration.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and technologies.
