Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare suitable job descriptions.
- Post vacancies on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Review and screen resumes based on job specifications.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
3. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and final-round interviews with respective department heads.
- Schedule interviews and maintain proper interview calendars.
4. Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Prepare regular recruitment updates and hiring status reports for management.
- Monitor open positions and ensure timely follow-up for position closure.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
