Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant (Live-In)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and proactive Hospitality Graduate / undergraduate (Fresher) to join our household in a dual role as an Manager and Executive Personal Assistant. This is a full-time, live-in position located in Undri, Pune, ideal for an enthusiastic skilled looking to kickstart their career in executive assistance.
You will be the central pillar of our household, managing daily operations, overseeing household staff, and providing comprehensive personal and professional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Household & Staff Management:
- Oversee daily house operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate other household staff (cooks, cleaners, drivers, security).
- Ensure all household chores, laundry, and grocery inventories are managed efficiently.
- Handle vendor coordination for repairs, utilities, and general upkeep.
2. Executive & Personal Assistance:
- Manage personal schedules,
appointments, and daily calendars.
- Take care of personal errands, shopping, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain a flexible, "can-do" attitude to successfully tackle any ad-hoc tasks or challenges that arise within the household.
3. Travel & Meeting Coordination:
- Accompany the employer to external business meetings, social events, or dynamic tours.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, transport, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
- Act as an on-the-ground coordinator during trips to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Gaduate / undergraduate (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
- Attributes: High level of trustworthiness, absolute discretion, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel at short notice and manage flexible working hours based on household needs.
