ALLOY is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the firm's marketing, brand communication, and growth initiatives. The role requires someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and understand how to build a robust, distinctive brand in the architecture and interior design space.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Founders and Founder's Office to develop and execute ALLOY's overall marketing strategy, with responsibility across brand, digital, content, PR, partnerships, events, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ALLOY's overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Plan and manage monthly marketing and content calendars across digital platforms.
- Lead content creation, including social media, campaigns, project stories, newsletters, and other brand communication.
- Manage ALLOY's social media presence and ensure consistency in tone, visual language, and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers,



graphic designers, PR agencies, and other external partners.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for ALLOY and its associated ventures.
- Identify relevant collaborations, partnerships, events, publications, and brand opportunities.
- Manage PR initiatives and coordinate with media houses, journalists, and PR agencies.
- Research market trends, competitors, industry developments, and potential opportunities.
- Support business development through targeted outreach, networking, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop presentations, proposals, marketing decks, and other business development material.
- Track marketing performance, leads, engagement, and campaign outcomes and use insights to improve strategy.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, vendors, and deliverables.
- Work closely with the design team to identify projects and stories that can be translated into strong marketing narratives.
