Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into meetings and project opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Client Handling
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Present interior design solutions and company services professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and explain quotations, proposals, and project scope.
- Handle client queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Site Visits & Project Coordination
- Conduct site visits for requirement analysis and project discussions.
- Coordinate with the Interior Design and Execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Follow up with clients until project confirmation.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and client records.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent client service.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, or Home Improvement industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with field work, client meetings, and site visits.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
