SAP HCM Developer Consultant (Fixed Term - 6 Months)

What we’re looking for
- Develop and maintain complex ALV reports utilizing Personnel Administration (PA) info types and Payroll data.
- Analyse, read, and interpret payroll results, payroll clusters, and wage type data to support business and reporting requirements.
- Build custom reports, enhancements, and solutions leveraging SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Payroll modules
- Support payroll posting processes to Finance (FI) by analysing payroll posting results and resolving related issues.
- Develop and expose business logic through OData services, APIs, and other service-based integrations.
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and file-based integrations (XML/CSV)
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance,



and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and support procedures.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision while delivering pragmatic and solution-oriented outcome.
