How you'll make an impact:
- Responsibilities:
The role is supporting the administration and operational functions of the benefits programs. This position involves aiding in the processing of benefits enrollments, modifications, and terminations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and offering assistance with benefits-related questions.
- The assistant helps with the daily operations of benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans,



and contributes to the preparation and submission of necessary reports and documentation.
- An Entry Professional applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
- Professionals in this group work under close supervision and are expected to learn on the job by developing domain expertise along with technical skills.
- They work on routine based problems, which are not very complex using standard concepts and principles.

- Qualifications:
- University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
