We are hiring a Field Recruiter to hire Delivery Bikers and associate.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in field hiring (Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse preferred)
- Good knowledge of local areas/markets.
- Must be comfortable in Hindi & Gujarati
- Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) Mandatory
- Ready for on-ground recruitment (field visits, local sourcing, market hiring, etc.)
