Bench Sales recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to vendors and clients for suitable US IT requirements.
- Build and maintain solid vendor and client relationships.
- Submit consultant profiles, coordinate interviews, and follow up for feedback.
- Negotiate rates and work closely with consultants until placement is completed.
- Maintain daily submissions, follow-ups, and CRM/ATS updates.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing preferred.
- Good understanding of the US IT recruitment process and tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Existing vendor/client network is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in the US shift/night shift.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
