Senior Engineer - SharePoint

What you will do:
As a Senior Engineer - SharePoint, you will play a key role in managing and evolving TJX’s Microsoft 365 collaboration platform.



This is a hands-on engineering role focused on SharePoint Online administration, governance, automation, and operational excellence.

You will:
- Lead and contribute to SharePoint Online initiatives, including Information Architecture design, governance, and platform improvements
- Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Define and enforce governance standards across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive (permissions, lifecycle, external sharing)
- Partner with IT Security, Privacy & Compliance, IAM (Entra), and IT teams across the organization to deliver secure and compliant solutions
- Provide L3 Engineering support for complex issues, including root cause analysis and long-term remediation
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and best practices
- Design solutions to improve platform health, service stability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with global business teams to deliver scalable and high-impact sol
