About the Role

Here is a remarkable chance to become part of eBay’s FP&A; Center of Excellence (COE) and invent the future of global Finance. The FP&A; COE operates globally to centralize, standardize, and scale essential financial planning and analysis functions.



This role within the Marketing Finance vertical will deliver outstanding FP&A; results, improve financial processes, and enhance the tools and capabilities for managing Marketing investments.

This position focuses on delivering outcomes and involves managing a team. The successful applicant will directly handle critical FP&A; functions while supervising, mentoring, and supporting team growth. The role demands strong financial knowledge, precision, operational accountability, and the ability to advance process and technology improvements from conception to rollout.

About the Team:
The FP&A; COE provides global FP&A; teams and business units with centralized functions and expert support in month-end close, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and business performance management. The Marketing Finance COE partners with Marketing Finance, Marketing business teams, Controllership, and other cross-functional collaborators to produce accurate OPEX accruals and forecasts,
