1. JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head - Home Appliances & Kitchen Appliances to lead the company's sales function and drive revenue growth across General Trade, Modern Trade, Distributors, Dealers, Retailers, E-Commerce, Institutional and B2B channels.

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy, achieving revenue and profitability targets, expanding the distribution network, managing key accounts, strengthening dealer relationships, launching new products and leading the sales team.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Sales Strategy & Business Planning




- Develop and implement the company's overall sales strategy.
- Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans.
- Set sales targets for regions, territories, channels, products and sales personnel.
- Develop strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify current markets, territories and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Develop channel-specific sales strategies.
- Ensure achievement of sales, revenue and profitability targets.

B. Distribution Network Development
- Develop and expand the company's Distributor, Dealer and Retailer network.
- Appoint suitable distributors and dealers in new markets.
- Develop territory-wise distribution plans.
- Monitor distributor performance and business potential.
- Improve product availability and market coverage.
- Develop secondary and tertiary sales through channel partners.
