About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on MBBS abroad options (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Philippines, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.)
- Provide accurate information on eligibility, NEET requirements, fees, scholarships, and university selection
- Handle walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion ratios
- Coordinate with admissions, visa, and operations teams for smooth student onboarding
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and education fairs in Kota
- Maintain and update student data in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Mentor junior counsellors and support team performance (if required)
- Stay updated with changes in MBBS abroad regulations and country-specific norms
