Salary-₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
- Sound knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization techniques, and infection control practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures by ensuring all instruments, equipment, and consumables are ready.
- Assist surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments and OT equipment as per hospital protocols.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of OT equipment before every procedure.
- Assist in patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
- Monitor and replenish OT consumables and coordinate with the store department for stock requirements.
- Maintain accurate records related to OT procedures, equipment, and sterilization.
- Follow hospital safety guidelines and NABH protocols at all times.
