We're looking for a Partnerships & Project Manager who can build strong relationships, create winning proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

Partnership Development & Business Growth
- Identify and connect with schools, corporates, NGOs, and organizations for STEM education programs.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Represent ScienceUtsav at meetings, exhibitions, education conferences, and networking events.

Proposal & Client Management
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, quotations, and partnership documents.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ScienceUtsav programs and solutions.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring an excellent client experience.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure smooth onboarding of current clients.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Research, Product, and Finance teams for successful project delivery.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and internal action items.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Maintain organized records of proposals, agreements, client communications, and project documents.
- Manage project photos, videos, testimonials, case studies, and creative assets for future business development and marketing.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, client relationship management, pre-sales, or project coordinatio
