Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements including destination, travel dates, number of travelers, budget, hotel preferences, and activities.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare and share customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close bookings while achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners for smooth trip execution.




- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the CRM.
- Upsell relevant services such as activities, sightseeing, transfers, upgrades, travel insurance, and other add-ons.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the trip.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, hotel options, and package offerings.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Good knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to create and explain travel itineraries.
