- Key Responsibilities
- Independent preparation of cost and quantity work packages for projects, tenders, and change management.
- Prepare robust quantity and cost analyses for tenders, claims, changes, and forecasts.
- Review BOQs, offer prices, and quantity variances for plausibility.
- Prepare cost breakdown structures, work package cost reports, and trend analyses.
- Support benchmarks, budget reconciliations, and earned-value/progress analyses.
- Quality assure QS data models and dashboards.





Requirements / Competencies
- 5-8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or Commercial Management.
- Valuable knowledge of construction/industrial projects, MEP/CSA interfaces, and cost coding.
- Ability to present commercial impacts of quantity and performance changes.
- Very good Excel/Power BI/cost tool competence.
- English suitable for negotiations; German skills advantageous.

Tools & Work Equipment
- Excel/Power Query, Power BI, CostX/Bluebeam or comparable, CDE, PowerPoint.

KPIs / Performance Evidence
- Reliability of forecasts and cost analyses.
- Cycle time for cost reports.
- Quality and auditability of quantity derivations.
