Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop visual concepts and graphics for both digital and print media.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience and design effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into creative design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, usability, and design standards across all products and communication materials.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
- Support design requirements for internal documentation, reports, presentations, events, and corporate communications.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or a similar role.




- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects as well as graphic design, branding, marketing creatives, and other visual communication work.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create engaging designs for both digital and print platforms.
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.

Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint for presentation design.
- Basic knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and evolving design methodologies.
