The Role

Your Role:
What you will do:
- Maconomy ERP Support:Provide dedicated L2/L3 technical support for Deltek Maconomy Financials, utilizing a solid functional understanding of the platform.
- Module Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve system anomalies across core modules, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Timesheets, and Contract Management.

ITSM Governance:Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end within ServiceNow, ensuring strict adherence to WPP governance SLA and XLA metrics.




- Data Validation:Validate transactional data across accounting modules and manage Maconomy reporting outputs and complex reconciliation activities.

Technical Consulting:Consult with customers on technical compatibility challenges, including hardware configurations, OS considerations, and data conversion processes.Your Future at Kyndryl
