Role Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer Internwho is passionate about creating meaningful user experiences. Preferably from a reputed design/HCI institute (e.g., NID, IIT-IDC, NIFT, MIT-ID, Srishti or equivalent), with a strong focus on UX research, interaction/design, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative) including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create and maintain structured documentation such as research reports, journey maps, personas, and design specifications.
- Assist in defining user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns.:
- Contribute to design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to transform insights into intuitive designs.
- Stay updated with emerging UX trends, tools, and UI patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-6 months of experience in UX/UI Design,



including internships, academic projects, capstone projects, or relevant hands-on experience.
- Solid understanding of UX processes(user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing).
- Good command of documentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.:
- Fair understanding of UI patterns and modern design frameworks.
- Familiarity with Figma and design systems.:
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio (academic or project-based) showcasing UX work and thought process.

- Exposure to real-world projects, internships, or capstone projects in UX/UI design.
- Awareness of front-end basics to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Interest in data-driven design decisions and usability analytics.
