Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain project details and address customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
- Update customer information and call records in Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi; English and Punjabi will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google sheets.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate will be preferred.
