We are looking for an experienced Chef specializing in Traditional South Indian Cuisine for a new restaurant in Delhi.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional kitchen experience
- Strong expertise South Indian Cuisine:
- Experience managing kitchen teams and restaurant operations
- Good knowledge of menu planning, food costing, hygiene & quality control
- Hindi is mandatory:
- Must know any One Language Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada:
- Experience in premium/high-volume restaurants preferred
- Recent restaurant opening/setup experience is an advantage
Salary: 20,000 to 45,000
Location:Garg Trade Center, Sector XI, Rohini, Delhi
Joining: Immediate / Negotiable
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
