Role Overview

As the Business Development Manager at HYPHA, you will own the entire revenue engine for your region. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will conduct demos, close deals, manage the calling team, drive field sales, and represent the company at events.

You will work closely with the founder and be responsible for maximizing revenue, improving conversions, and building a scalable sales process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling, leading from the front, and building systems from scratch.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: demos, negotiations, closures, and revenue.
- Conduct product demos (online and in-person) for qualified leads.
- Manage and guide the BDR team, including daily reviews.
- Drive field sales, direct clinic visits, and enterprise discussions.
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Represent HYPHA at expos, conferences, workshops, and doctor events.
- Identify new sales opportunities beyond calls (partnerships, referrals, events).
- Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure accurate tracking in CRM.




- Work with the founder to refine sales strategy, messaging, and process.

Who You Are
- Strong sales professional with experience in B2B, SaaS, or solution selling.
- Confident in presentations, demos, and negotiations.
- Comfortable managing a calling team while also closing deals yourself.
- Based in Kerala and willing to travel across the state for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable in a startup environment.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.

Healthcare or SaaS experience is a plus, but sales execution matters more than domain.
