- Robust understanding of: Multifamily real estate market fundamentals
- Financial and cash flow analysis
- Real estate valuation and underwriting concepts
- Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) process
- Ability to interpret financial statements, operating statements, and rent rolls
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Experience with market research, investment analysis, and valuation techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Perform underwriting and financial analysis for multifamily investment sales transactions
- Conduct detailed cash flow analysis, valuation analysis, and investment return calculations
- Analyze financial statements including operating statements,
rent rolls, and property-level reports across various property types
- Support stakeholders throughout the complete Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) process
- Conduct market research and competitive market analysis for multifamily properties
- Perform real estate tax analysis and evaluate property operating performance
- Prepare financial models, investment summaries, and underwriting presentations
- Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess investment risks and returns
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of analysis
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial and market analysis
