Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Mentors and coaches’ teams achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. Deploys and leads projects to improve and sustain local business performance.

This role is contributing to the Smart power Business and the role reports to Manufacturing Quality Manager and is in Nelamangala, Bangalore, India as a Quality Specialist /Test Engineering Supervisor, will support production processes to ensure optimization of cost, quality and on time delivery of products.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Safety, Production & Resource Management: Ensure people and equipment safety by assessing risks and implementing preventive measures; manage production resources, manpower, overtime, leave, and testing requirements to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality, Testing & Compliance: Ensure conformance to quality and production requirements, including torque verification, equipment calibration, production test system validation, and adherence to the Quality Management System.
- Technical & Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing, Project, Sales, Quality, and Service teams to validate recent hardwar
