What are we looking for?:
The AVP - Partnerships Strategy & Solutions will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the Key Alliances ecosystem. The role will focus on business planning, partner performance management, strategic projects, analytics-driven decision support, growth prospect identification, and cross-functional execution to strengthen partnership outcomes and drive sustainable business growth.

What does the job entail?:
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Conduct strategic assessments and recommend actions to enhance business productivity and market penetration
- Business Analytics & Insights
- Analyse partner performance, productivity, persistency, customer trends, and profitability metrics
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis and benchmarking
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions

Project & Program Management
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects from conceptualisation through implementation
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes




- Drive process improvement and operating model enhancement initiatives
- Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Compliance teams
- Executive Decision Support
- Prepare business cases, presentations, strategic notes, and management review materials
- Support senior leadership with market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business recommendations
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership forums when required

Work Experience:
- 11+ years of experience in senior management roles within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of life insurance products and distribution channels.

Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
