Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own and scale the company’s digital growth across Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, while also contributing to social media strategy and management.

This is a high-ownership role where success will be measured by qualified leads, customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS/ROI, brand growth and overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Plan campaign structures, targeting, budgets, bidding and optimization strategies.
- Manage prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS and revenue.
- Conduct regular A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages.




- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

2. LinkedIn Ads
- Plan, launch and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
- Build audience strategies using job titles, industries, company size, seniority and other relevant targeting parameters.
- Develop campaigns for lead generation, website conversions and remarketing.
- Analyse lead quality and work with sales/business teams to improve campaign performance.

3. Social Media Management & Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage the complete social media workflow including content strategy, ideation, publishing, engagement and performance analysis.
- Work with designers, video editors and content creators to develop high-performing content.
